Developing the Travel Cafe was a multi-year project that went through many phases and expansions, including a rebrand.
The Travel Cafe Dashboard is an internal training platform supporting travel agents with self-paced learning, video tutorials, downloadable resources, and certification tracking.

Instructional Email Design & Content Strategy
I developed a weekly email newsletter that kept our learning community informed and engaged. Each edition included curated training content, destination knowledge, and a calendar of upcoming live sessions - all designed to drive learner participation and reinforce key topics.
Using Photoshop, I created branded visuals that supported information hierarchy and content recall. The newsletter was deployed via Mailchimp and optimized for clarity, visual engagement, and mobile responsiveness — reinforcing consistent communication and supporting continuous learning across a global team.
Marketing Videos That Support Learning
I produced 20+ destination-focused marketing videos to help travel agents educate clients and reinforce product knowledge. Edited in Premiere Pro and Filmora, the content was clear, engaging, and brand-aligned - designed for easy use in client conversations. All videos were hosted on YouTube and integrated into the mobile-friendly Travel Cafe platform for on-demand access and ongoing learning support.

As a professional actor and experienced video presenter, I bring a unique advantage to instructional design: I don’t just create learning content - I deliver it. My on-camera presence helps humanize complex topics and create a stronger connection between the learner and the material.
I’ve appeared as the host of a YouTube channel and starred in national commercials. That experience in performance, timing, and tone now translates into compelling learning videos, walk-throughs, and explainer content that hold attention and build trust.
